Please follow the steps to log in to your new dashboard in order to look around and test out the features, like setting up mock pop-ups, and getting a feel for how things will work after the transition takes place while our site is down on Monday, July 1st. You can preview the new website now here. Please do not share that link. 
We expect tradesofhope.com to be fully operational by early morning, Tuesday, July 2nd. 
 
 
 
✨ Please review the important information below: âœ¨
  • Please DO NOT set up any real pop-ups or share your Partner link or any Pop-Up links from your app or dashboard until July 2nd! This will not only disrupt your customers’ cookies, but you will not earn commissions on any sales made prior to July 2nd.
  • You will need to set up your pop-ups after July 2nd to make sure the links you share are correct. 
  • All Partner Links will convert over automatically (from .shop to .com) on July 2nd. This means the link you’ll see in your Dashboard prior to the conversion will end in the extension, “.shop.” This extension will automatically switch to “.com” on July 2nd; therefore it’s very important that all shopping is done through the current system until June 30th.
  • Any sales generated on the new site prior to July 2nd will not count towards commissions for you!! 

Exporting data in the current system (available to finish through July 31st) – 

We recommend exporting the following data from the current system. You will have through the end of July to do this, but we encourage you to do this sooner vs. later.

Below are directions on where you can find the following data to download:

Order History:

  • For Personal Orders: ‘Go to My Orders’, then click ‘My Personal Orders Report

  • For Customer Orders: ‘Go to Customers’, then click ‘My Customers Orders Report’

Commission Statements:

  • Go to ‘Commissions’, then click on ‘My Earnings Grouped by Month’

Customer Contact info:

  • Go to ‘Customers’, then click on ‘My Customers Report’

Current Customer Subscription information:

  • Go to ‘Customers’, then click on ‘My Customer Subscriptions’

For easy future access, you can UPLOAD any reports you’d like saved in your NEW dashboard!  Simply log in and click on your Toolbox tab, then uploading them “My Files!” ðŸ¥³

As a final reminder, please pay close attention to these Month-End reminders:

First and foremost, please plan accordingly to take heed of our strict June 30th deadline!
  • ALL POP-UPS must be CLOSED with HOSTESS REWARDS REDEEMED PRIOR TO 11:59PM PACIFIC TIME ON SUNDAY, JUNE 30TH.
  • ALL COUPONS MUST BE REDEEMED BY 11:59PM PACIFIC TIME ON SUNDAY, JUNE 30TH.
We STRONGLY SUGGEST giving your customers an earlier deadline to avoid any potential hold-ups. 

Unused coupons + hostess rewards will NOT carry over into the new system.

  • Customer Care will be available on Sunday night from 7pm – 10pm Eastern time. This is the only planned time this weekend for coverage, although you may send emails + texts or leave voicemails prior to that, remembering they will be responding Sunday night.
  • Customer Care will be periodically checking email, voicemail and text only during this time for any questions or concerns that are time-sensitive for month end or other priority inquiries.
  • Any non-urgent matters will be answered during regular business hours when we reopen Monday, July 1st.
  • Our SUMMER SALE and the June Hope Mail, both end this Sunday, 6/30 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.
  • Save 10% on our Prelude Product, the Sandstone Crossbody, when purchased by Sunday, 6/30.
  • The website will be unavailable on Monday, July 1st.
  • July’s Hope Mail will be available at 10am ET on TUESDAY, July 2nd due to the site being down for transition on July 1st.
  • We’re looking forward to all the exciting new designs coming our way in 2024, continuing with Chapter 7 of our 2024 Lookbook launching TUESDAY! (Check out the early access sneak peeks in your Partner Store!)
