We’re SO EXCITED for all the UPDATES + UPGRADES coming July 2nd with Trades of Hope Reimagined! There are many IMPORTANT things to note before that.

First and foremost, please plan accordingly to take heed of our strict June 30th deadline!

  • ALL POP-UPS must be CLOSED with HOSTESS REWARDS REDEEMED PRIOR TO 11:59PM PACIFIC TIME ON SUNDAY, JUNE 30TH.
  • ALL COUPONS MUST BE REDEEMED BY 11:59PM PACIFIC TIME ON SUNDAY, JUNE 30TH.
We STRONGLY SUGGEST giving your customers an earlier deadline to avoid any potential hold-ups. 

Unused coupons + hostess rewards will NOT carry over into the new system.

  • Customer Care is working until 12:30pm EST today, and also will be available on Sunday night from 7pm – 10pm Eastern time. This is the only planned time this weekend for coverage, although you may send emails + texts or leave voicemails prior to that, remembering they will be responding Sunday night.
  • Customer Care will be periodically checking email, voicemail and text only during this time for any questions or concerns that are time-sensitive for month end or other priority inquiries.
  • Any non-urgent matters will be answered during regular business hours when we reopen Monday, July 1st.
  • Our SUMMER SALE and the June Hope Mail, both end this Sunday, 6/30 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.
  • Save 10% on our Prelude Product, the Sandstone Crossbody, when purchased by Sunday, 6/30.
  • The website will be unavailable on Monday, July 1st.
  • July’s Hope Mail will be available at 10am ET on TUESDAY, July 2nd due to the site being down for transition on July 1st.
  • We’re looking forward to all the exciting new designs coming our way in 2024, continuing with Chapter 7 of our 2024 Lookbook launching TUESDAY! (Check out the early access sneak peeks in your Partner Store!)
