Shipping Coupons

Woo Hoo! Free Standard Shipping Coupons may be purchased in the Partner Store in your Partner Portal! ????

These Free Standard Shipping Coupons to give to your Hostesses, VIP Customers and anyone else you’d like to offer free shipping as an extra incentive for shopping/hosting with you!

NOTE:

  • Free Shipping Coupons will be instantly added to the Coupon Section in your SkyWallet.
  • Free Shipping Coupons are ONE TIME USE ONLY!
  • You may provide your Coupon Code to anyone you would like, however, the code will remain listed in your SkyWallet Coupons.  You will need to track which codes have been given out.
  • In your SkyWallet Coupon section, you will be able to see when a code has been used, and which ones have yet to be used.

*Tip – when providing a Free Shipping Coupon Code to your customer(s), you may want to give them an expiration date that you can track.  If they have not used the code by the expiration date, the code can be given to someone else to use.  You will want to be careful to provide the code to someone who is going to use it immediately so that two customers do not have the same code.  While you may give your customer an expiration date, the actual code itself will be good until used.

Coupon codes are available for purchase in your Partner Store. Simply log in to team.tradesofhope.com, go to My Orders > Add New Personal Order > Partner Store (or) Business Supplies.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, your code(s) will be instantly available in the SkyWallet Coupon section within your Partner Portal.

The system is setup to provide up to 10 codes with each purchase, however, it will allow you to purchase more, it just will not provide the codes (we’re still working on this).

So, we recommend that you do NOT purchase more than 10 with each transaction!

Yes! To use on a hostess order, you will just enter the code as you would any other coupon. 
 
Due to the nature of setting up coupons in our system, they do require an expiration date, however, that date has been set out to December 2098. You can also see the expiration date listed in your SkyWallet.
Once your code has been received, (they will be emailed and also placed within your SkyWallet), you can add the code to a Coupon template, or just email the code to your customer if you don’t wish to print off the actual coupon image.
 

When you provide a Free Standard Shipping Code to your customer, you may want to provide them with an expiration date of your choosing.  Because the codes are kept in your SkyWallet, you will be able to see which codes have been used, and which ones have not.  If a code goes unused for a period of time past your determined expiration date, you may want to give it to another customer who is ready to place an order.

Be careful, though!  If a code is given to multiple customers, it will be good for whoever uses it first.

Once a code has been used, it will show as not valid for anyone else who tries to use it.

Within our new system, the Free Standard Shipping Coupon credits the actual $6.95 Standard Shipping charge!

Previously, the $6.95 discounted the order total and still appeared as if shipping was being charged.  Now, your customers will see that they are getting Free Standard Shipping!

All previous Free Standard Shipping Coupon codes were created in the new system as well.  However, these codes were NOT added into your SkyWallet like the new codes will be.  You can, however, add them yourself if you like, or you don’t have to.  If you do add them to your SkyWallet, you will see when/if they are used.
