We recently told you of upcoming Compensation Plan changes to remain a healthy and sustainable company. We value being a people over profit business, and truly feel that these changes are necessary for the long-term financial stability for you (our Partners) and especially our Artisans.
The following updates went into effect today, June 1st:
- All Jewelry sold at full retail pricing remains at 25% commission.
- All apparel, home decor and handbags, as well as coffee, cards, bath and body products (i.e, consumables) will now be paid at 20%. (This is an INCREASE in most cases)

Sale products with a price ending in .99 will continue with a 5% lower commission than regular rate. (Sale Jewelry earns 20% commission/non-jewelry sale items with an original commission value of 20% earn commission at 15%.)
- Business Supplies still do not earn any commission, but you do earn QV on purchases.
Reminder: As of January 2023, the commission process is manual and so the process is no longer run on the weekends. The commission runs happen each weekday, mid-day. This means for any sales made after mid-day Friday, you should see your commissions before end of day Monday.
