Hmm. 🤔 In light of last night’s onslaught of strategically placed ads, let’s find out. (Pardon my musings, as this was a last-minute post, written just under the wire to make it < 4pm.)

Merriam-Webster says
  • bargain: an agreement between parties settling what each gives or receives in a transaction between them or what course of action or policy each pursues in respect to the other; something acquired by or as if by negotiating over the terms of a purchase, agreement, or contract;

  • deal: (n) an arrangement for mutual advantage; (v) to engage in bargaining

Oh yes … they come with a COST.
  • cost: the amount or equivalent paid or charged for something; the outlay or expenditure (as of effort or sacrifice) made to achieve an object; loss or penalty incurred especially in gaining something.

STEP OFF, TEMU. PEOPLE ARE THE TRUE ASSETS. ðŸ«¶ðŸ’ª
  • asset: something of value or importance; something useful in an effort to foil or defeat an enemy.
