You may have noticed that we’ve recently transitioned from the previous release time for new product launches. In the past, any new designs went live at Noon Eastern time, with Partners getting their own “sneak peek” at 10am EST to give you time to download graphics and familiarize yourself with the designs + Artisan stories.
With the exception of Bright Friday — which, let’s be honest, is in a class by itself — we moved new design launches to go live at 10am.
For CONSISTENCY, we want to let you know that moving forward, this will also expand to include designs earned for Partners’ early access through your Sky Wallet, including:

We hope this will help clear up any confusion as you’ll now have the same release times across the board for new designs.
You’ll still receive your early access preview for anything (publicly) launching. We’ll be publishing your Hope Central pages and posting on Facebook at 9:00am Eastern, allowing you one hour before launch to grab your media.
For givebacks and/or promotional offers with purchase (such as our Elevate Giveback or End of Month promotions), those will continue to be released at Midnight Eastern so every order on Day 1 will qualify for the donation or offer.
