The women we partner with in India do so much more than just create beautiful products. With every purchase, another woman is empowered out of poverty to be self-reliant! Women have the opportunity to earn an income, attend financial management classes, and receive education and health care. These women are now able to give their family a promising future because of your sales!

Also known for her work in creating the Mandala Tray and Starlight Dish, Artisan Pinky has played a prominent role in creating some of the designs in February’s second chapter of our 2024 Lookbook.

She’s been able to rise above poverty through her work on the Serving Board Set, the Vintage Napkin Ring Set, and the frame in our Light in the Darkness Art piece. Learn more about this multi-talented, compassionate woman through her Story of Hope:

Pinky’s Story of Hope –

Pinky is passionate about painting and adds the final touches to the handcrafted wooden designs in this workshop in India. She lives with her parents in a small village nearby. As their only child, Pinky’s work as an Artisan empowers her to care for and provide for her parents. Family is important to Pinky, and she enjoys spending time with her family, playing games like charades.
