Please take note of these important reminders:

  • Your 30-day window begins at the Date and Time of the PopUp Event, not the day you create the PopUp.

  • PopUps can be created in advance, however, orders may not be placed within a PopUp greater than 60 days before the event date.

  • Please be mindful of this TIME detail: PopUps close 30 full days, starting from the day and time of the PopUp. For example, if you PopUp was tonight at 7 pm, Day 1 would be up at 7pm tomorrow night and so on…

Therefore, it may be a good idea to schedule those online PopUp TIMES later in the evening to catch any last-minute sales.

As a reminder, PopUps automatically close in one of two ways:

  • When the Hostess order is placed, or

  • Thirty days from the PopUp Date and *TIME* of the PopUp

Here are some quick tips + suggestions regarding PopUp dates:

  • PopUps can be opened and orders placed ahead of the PopUp date.

  • PopUps that already have an order placed cannot have the date edited.

  • Set reminders on your calendar or in your phone so you don’t forget!

  • It’s a good rule of thumb to remind your hostess to place her order as soon as the PopUp is over, or at least a week before it automatically closes.

  • Create PopUps/offer PopUp dates for the same day of the week so you’ll always know when to look for closing PopUps (2+ days prior, to be safe).

PopUps with orders placed cannot be extended by Customer Service beyond the close date: If your hostess chooses to reschedule a PopUp that already contains an order or orders, you must close out that PopUp. You could also choose to simply create a new PopUp while leaving the original party open for more potential orders until it nears the original 30-day close date, just remember to place any hostess orders if rewards are earned.
